Personal Trainer

So I've been going running to try to be healthier. The thing is... it ends up being more like me running to try to work off a few of the cookies I had that weren't in the plan for the day. Oh well, I'm trying and maybe some time I'll stop craving chocolate so much.... hmmmm no, I don't think that will ever happen.

Anyway, I got a double jogging stroller off of KSL.com's classifieds, thanks to my parents, so that makes going for a run a lot more possible. Well the other day, I decided to go for a short run with my boys and my dogs because we were going to go on a walk with a friend, but her baby was still asleep so I grabbed my dogs and took them out for some exercise before the walk (which I don't feel comfortable taking them along for yet). I was not really in the mood to run and Bo and Daisy aren't really used to running with the stroller since I've been taking them alone so much early in the morning, so I had to keep stopping and getting things situated. One of the times I slowed down Luke said,  "Go FAST! Go fast mommy!" He was very enthusiastic! Such an encouraging son! who needs to pay a personal trainer when you have such a cute little guy pushing you to go faster??? I couldn't say no to that, he was just so excited about it, so thanks to him, I got in a better run than I had planned for myself. He makes my life more interesting everyday!

P.S. if you need more convincing, view some of the other posts I'm about to submit!

haha, so cute! My 2 year old always begs me to play Wii-Fit, and when I get bored with that, he love my pilates videos. It really does help!
